Kyriacos Panayiotou (BA)

He is qualified accountant, member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and has more than 25 years in practice. He is the Manager Director of K.P. Masterchart Ltd. As an ex-BDO colleague, he gained that experience, which is essential to provide our clients with the right solution to their individual needs. His long experience working in the industry, has furnished him with the know-how that is used always for our clients' benefit.

Ioanna Panayiotou

She is a qualified accountant member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
She holds the position of Audit Director in our firm and specializes in Corporate Advisory and Tax Planning. Her experience with foreign investments is always useful and a great asset for our firm.

Andreas Panayiotou

He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and has more than 10 years in practice.

He is the Director of Tax and Accounting department in our firm and is responsible for the offshore or International Business Companies (IBCs) which operate in Cyprus.
